Germany: MackMedia Develops Digital Coaster Experience “To Go“

MackMedia, part of the Mack International Group, has developed the new “Coastiality” smart phone app, which provides visitors with thrilling virtual reality animations at home. The 360 degree videos show two animations of the “Alpenexpress” and “Pegasus” VR-coaster, which have been equipped with the modern Oculus Rift technology during the past twelve months. The app can be used with or without VR glasses (e.g. Google Cardboard) and is available free of charge at Apple Store (for iPhone 5 and newer) and Google Play Store (for Android 4.4 and newer). In this way Germany’s largest amusement park extends its digital offer, which can be used by visitors around the clock.
