UAE: Ferrari World Abu Dhabi to Launch New „Turbo Track“ Coaster

Located on Yas Island, Ferrari World Abu Dhabi announced today that guests can already look forward to the opening of a new thrill coaster at the end of March this year.

“Turbo Track” is the name of the new Intamin rollercoaster, which turns guests into Ferrari test drivers on a race track. First, riders enter a briefing room providing an on-screen training, before they board Turbo Track, a Shuttle Coaster, and burst through Ferrari World Abu Dhabi’s iconic red roof at a pace of 102 km/h. The highest point of the track is 64 meters, which at the same time is the highest point of Yas Island – after a short moment of zero gravity the track plummets vertically back down, creating extra adrenaline for riders. The coaster provides a thrilling experience since the train offers front- and back-facing seats.
