Netherlands: Toverland to Launch New Logo and CI
At the beginning of this year, Dutch Toverland amusement park will launch a new park logo and corporate identity to prepare for the “biggest expansion in its history”, as the park calls it. In 2018, visitors can look forward to the new theme area named “Avalon”, based on the fantastic world of the magician “Merlin” and “King Arthur” and featuring two main attractions (c.f. EAP news from May 5th, 2017; September 6th, 2017 & October 2nd, 2017).
Furthermore, Toverland is also designing a new park entrance with a courtyard to host various gastronomic facilities, shops and an open-air podium. Altogether, these projects will cover a total area of seven hectares, adding almost the half of the current size of the park. The new visual identity of Toverland has been developed in cooperation with the Dutch brand agency Gewest13 and consists of a word mark and a visual mark. Besides the adaptation of the new logo on various coaster cars and the boats of the "Djengu River" rapid ride attraction (from Hafema), a new park website will be launched soon. (eap)
