Germany: New “TimeRide VR“ Attraction in Munich to Open This Summer
This summer, TimeRide VR will open a new location for its virtual time travel experience in the city center of Munich, following the successful launch of its sites in Cologne and Dresden (cf. EAP News f. Jan 23rd, 2019). Guests will be invited to a virtual journey through 5,000 years of Bavarian history to meet “Barbarossa” (Frederick I., Holy Roman Emperor), experience the first train journey in Germany and witness the first “Oktoberfest”. They make their virtual journey in a majestic peacock carriage designed by King Ludwig II. (former King of Bavaria; *1845-†1886).
“As a Munich-based company, it was very important to us to open a TimeRide location in the Bavarian metropolis. Nobody less than King Ludwig II inspired us to create this extraordinary concept: His dream of flying and his unusual vision of the peacock carriage offer the perfect setting for our virtual journey through Bavaria’s history,” comments Jonas Rothe, founder and Managing Director of TimeRide GmbH.
The tour is designed for individuals aged six years and older as well as for groups of eight and more guests and lasts approximately 45 minutes. (eap)
