Italy: Gardaland Resort announces a new Jumanji attraction for 2023

After the very successful launch of "Jumanji®-The Adventure" at Gardaland in April this year, which attracted more than one million guests during its launch season, a new Jumanji attraction is already being developed there for 2023. Only a few weeks ago, the park management of Chessington World of Adventures, which also is part of the Merlin Entertainments Group, announced the construction of a Jumanji themed area for 2023. This means another project is already on the way, based on the exclusive agreement between Merlin and Sony Pictures Entertainment / Columbia Pictures Location Based Entertainment, which will see the implementation of attractions and experiences based on the Jumanji movie series.

“The Jumanji experience offers adventure, imagination, fun, action and play, and perfectly fits in with the cornerstone values of Gardaland Park. We are proud to be able to continue this collaboration and offer our guests a new Jumanji-themed experience”, said Sabrina De Carvalho, CEO of Gardaland. From spring 2023, “Jumanji®-The Labyrinth” will be available as an exclusive and exciting experience for families with children of all ages and groups of visitors. (eap)
