Germany: Heide Park Resort Allowed to Reopen – Successful Claim

Just now, Heide Park Resort, which is operated by Merlin Entertainments, has announced that the lawsuit for the opening of the park before the Lüneburg administrative court was granted. Thus, the park now plans to reopen for visitors at short notice.  

“We acknowledge the great responsibility, because now more than ever the safety of our guests and our employees has the highest priority. Of course, the opening is tied to strict hygiene and safety measures to prevent the spread of the corona virus with all our powers,“ it says on the park’s homepage.

An exact opening date will be announced shortly but it is certain that the Adventure Hotel and the Holiday Camp accommodation facilities have to remain closed. (eap)
