A Legoland Discovery Center for New England

As announced this summer, Merlin is planning the opening of a Legoland Discovery Center (LDC) in the Greater Boston region of New England. The new attraction, the first LDC in Massachusetts, should open in late spring of 2014. Assembly Row has been announced as the site for the new LDC, a new quarter currently under construction with an outlet shopping centre, visitor attractions, restaurants, residential units, and first-class office spaces. Commenting Glenn Earlam, Managing Director of Merlin’s Midway Attractions Operating Group, said: „The Legoland Discovery Center concept is already successful in both Europe and elsewhere in the USA, and I know people will love it in New England.
