Bad Ems/Germany: Emser Therme Opened Near Koblenz

The end of last year saw the opening of the new Emser Therme in Bad Ems near Koblenz as the youngest facility of the group of swimming pool complex and thermal spa facilities of the Kannewischer Collection. The complex, designed by 4a Architekten from Stuttgart, was opened after a construction phase of around one and a half year. Klafs was responsible for the realization of the thermal spa and sauna areas. A floating sauna cabin which is being installed on the nearby Lahn riverside will be the highlight of the thermal spa facility and be open by summer. (eap)
