(eap) Hamburg’s chocolate museum, the Chocoversum, takes visitors on a 90-minute tour packed with lots of information and delights about cocoa and chocolate. The highlight of the museum is the “chocolate workshop”, which was reopened last week after a one-week renovation period. Bright colours, flowing shapes and light accents now provide a stylish ambience and plenty of inspiration. In the workshop, visitors can give free rein to their creativity and decorate their own chocolate bars with various ingredients. Whether sweet, salty or with extra crunch is up to the chocolate lovers themselves. At the request of guests, white chocolate is now also available in addition to milk and dark chocolate. Every year, around 215,000 visitors come to the sugary museum in Hamburg’s old town.
