DEAL 2023 Spotlights Leisure Industry in Middle East and Africa

The three-day DEAL 2023 trade show, organized by International Expo-Consults LLC (IEC) and focusing on the leisure industry in the Middle East and Africa region, starts today in the desert city of Dubai. From 14-16 March, interested parties can learn more about innovations and trends for family entertainment centers, theme and amusement parks, and other areas of the entertainment industry at the Dubai World Trade Centre. The 29th edition of the show welcomes exhibitors from more than 40 countries to showcase their new products and services on the floor. This year’s exhibitors include companies such as Triotech, Futura Form, LAI Games, Valo Motion, , WhiteWater West, Ballast VR, KCC Entertainment, Moviemex3D, SBF VISA, Mobaro, Race Parx, ProSlide, I.E. Park, HB Leisure, Embed, Zamperla, Viewpoint Videos and Sacoa Cashless System.
In parallel with the show, MENALAC (Middle East and North Africa Leisure & Attractions Council) is holding its three annual industry conferences (MENALAC Waterpark Conference, MENALAC CEO Conclave and MENALAC Safety Day) this week in Dubai, as well as the MENALAC Awards Gala, during which winners from 29 award categories will be honored to recognize excellence and success in various areas of the industry. Last year, nearly 14.4 million international guests traveled to Dubai, bringing the number of visitors to the desert metropolis almost back to pre-crisis levels. (eap)
