EWA: Workshop on Artificial Intelligence in Leipzig

(eap) Everyone is talking about artificial intelligence, but not everyone is using AI-based tools in their everyday work. “Only those who dare to test new technologies can really judge them” – this was the core message of a workshop held by the European Waterpark Association (EWA) on this topic. At the end of the one-day seminar in Leipzig, it was clear to the 40 participants that programs that work with AI can make many tasks much easier and faster, especially in marketing. “The seminar was extremely good,” summarizes EWA Managing Director Dr. Klaus Batz, summing up the participants’ conclusion in a nutshell.

Some programs are already very easy and intuitive to use and lead to results that only require minor reworking. For example, the “ChatGPT” chatbot (from OpenAI) can be used to create target group-oriented advertising texts in a matter of seconds and the AI-based program “Gamma” generates presentations in a professional format. Microsoft’s “Co-Pilot” is already being used in many companies to optimize organization. Video editing, image processing, voice messages and AI-generated images also lead to remarkable results with just a few mouse clicks.

TNC-Chef Michael Kuriat hält einen Einführungsvortrag zum KI-Workshop. Together with the young team from the Leipzig’s TNC Group agency, the participants in the EWA workshop were able to try out for themselves how these AI-supported programs can be used on seven workstations. Prior to this, TNC CEO Michael Kuriat gave an introductory presentation on the rapid advances in the digital working world. Not all tools are equally powerful yet, but their (further) development is progressing at an enormous pace. For this reason, the EWA is planning to offer its members regular online updates on new AI tools and capabilities together with the TNC Group.
