Ferrari World Abu Dhabi Extends its Opening Hours

In May, Abu Dhabi’s famous theme park Ferrari World Abu Dhabi announced that it is planning to extend its opening hours later on this year. Up until now the park has remained closed on Mondays, reducing visitation days to only six days a week. Now, starting from the fourth quarter of this year, guests will be able to visit Ferrari World every day of the week. It is likely that the expansion of the opening times to 365 days a year is also connected to the opening of neighboring Yas Waterworld (cp. EAP 2/2013) at the beginning of this year and the supplementary range of attractions aimed at drawing visitors to Yas Island. The additional business day also means that the current Ferrari World staff of 700 employees will equally be expanded. “Ferrari World Abu Dhabi is the first theme park of its magnitude in the region and has opened up career opportunities in this sector for a large number of professionals”, Park Manager Andy Keeling said.
