Four New Outdoor Waterslides Added to Germany’s Kristall Palm Beach

(eap) The Kristall Palm Beach near Nuremberg delighted its bathing guests last Wednesday (7 June) with the opening of a new large water slide complex – no fewer than four new stainless steel slides, complete with a slide tower and run-out pools, were installed near the flow channel in the outdoor area of the adventure pool. The new slide complex – consisting of a wide wave slide, a freefall slide, a large water slide and a children’s slide – is the centerpiece of a remodeling project in the outdoor area, which was valued at around 1.4 million euros in the regional press. While the children’s slide and the wide wave slide are partially painted in color, the other slides shine in a pure stainless steel look. A macrolon tunnel and an almost three-meter-long acrylic glass element were incorporated in the large water slide. The company wiegand.waterrides was responsible for the new adventure slides. In 2022, a Body2Racer slide from Aquarena was already added to the world of slides inside the bathing complex (we reported on this in EAP 3/2022).

The summer outdoor offer of the Kristall Palm Beach also received a giant bouncy cushion with a jumping area of 100 square meters for the young guests. New loungers are available around it for adults. ■
