Gel Blaster: Water Gel Pallets for Shooting Fun
(eap) Gel Blaster: an alternative to paintball, airsoft, water guns & Co.? Gel Blasters are electric toy blasters that are loaded with – according to provider Gel Blaster (headquartered in Austin, TX) – biodegradable gel pellets – so-called “Gellets®” – which consist largely of water and dissolve almost stain-free after firing, thus leaving no permanent spots on clothing. In addition, unlike paintball, playing with gel blasters is suitable for children as young as 14 years. But, the charge must be prepared before the game. This means that the dry gel pellets must swell in water in advance about two hours until they have increased their volume by more than ten times. They can be prepared in the so-called “Gellet Depot” (see photo), in which around 10,000 beads can be prepared for the game at once.
