Germany: Modernized Sauna at Zündorfbad Cologne Reopens

The sauna landscape at Cologne‘s Zündorfbad, which comprises a Finnish infusion sauna, a KELO log cabin sauna, a herbal sauna and a steam bath, was recently modernized and redesigned as “Groov Sauna”, in relation to the region’s Groov island and the Rhine river. Reattractivation measures included the renovation of the showers, the relax and gastronomic areas. The new “look” of the sauna landscape comes with a lot of green in the form of plants and other decorative elements. Guests can now book their stay in the renovated sauna landscape online in advance.

Meanwhile, revision works in the bathing complex are still underway and will not be finished before 20^th November – modernization works include a refurbishment of the showers and sanitary facilities. (eap)
