Germany: Takeoff with New Mobile Game by MackMedia

In due time with the opening of Europa-Park’s new “Voletarium” flying theater attraction (cf. our report in EAP, 4/17), MackMedia launched the new “Voletarium: Sky Explorers” mobile game for smartphone users. Players try to find the legendary flight machine of the Eulenstein brothers – in the course of the game, they design their individual flight apparatus and discover far-away countries.

“The German Computer Games Award 2017, which we received for our ‘Coastiality’ app, shows that we are on the right track in developing our digital offer,” said Michael Mack, CEO of MackMedia and Managing Partner of Europa-Park. The new smartphone game can be played in the park, on the way or just at home. On a virtual treasure hunt in the park players can collect precious goodies to proceed in the game. After “Cannon Flight” (2016) and “The mysterious maze of Balthazar Castle” (2015), “Voletarium: Sky Explorers” is already the third game in a row created by MackMedia. (eap)
