Germany: Uwe Barth to Leave Therme Erding

Uwe Barth, Authorized Officer at Therme Erding in Germany, will step down from his current position and leave the company in order to become an independent consultant in the bathing industry with effect from Jan 15^th, 2019.

“I will take over a partnership in an operations and management company for leisure facilities in the position of Managing Partner. I would like to fill the last active phase of my professional career with pioneering and entrepreneurial spirit to create something of my own. This decision was not easy for me. During the approx. 7,000 working days I have fulfilled my tasks here at Therme Erding with great pleasure and a great deal of passion. This was possible thanks to the great employees on the one hand, and thanks to the Wund family on the other hand, to whom I owe a great deal of gratitude,” said Barth explaining his decision.

“We deeply regret his decision, but respect and understand the step towards independence. Uwe Barth played a decisive role in the success of Therme Erding. Even after this separation a close bond will remain,” said Jörg Wund, Managing Director of Therme Erding. (eap)
