Gulliver’s World Opens New Themed Area “Gulliver’s Gears”
Following the success of the “Gulliver’s Gears” theme area in the British theme park Gulliver’s Valley in Rotherham opened three years ago, an area of the same name has now been opened in Gulliver’s World in Warrington, which also belongs to the Gulliver’s theme park group. Gulliver’s Gears will make car-loving children’s hearts beat faster. Similar to the themed area in Rotherham, visitors to the theme park in Warrington can enjoy the “Grand Prix Racer”, a family roller coaster from SBF Visa. Also, from the same manufacturer is the new attraction “Overdrive” – a “Dance Party” model that rotates 360 degrees, which literally turns the world upside down for visitors. This makes the new attraction one of the most exciting ones at the park, which is primarily aimed at families with young children up to around 13 years of age. In addition to the aforementioned attractions, various play opportunities and ride ons can be found in the new themed area.
Gulliver’s World is the second of a total of four Gulliver’s Theme Park Resorts. The first park Gulliver’s Kingdom, opened to visitors in 1978, which means that Gulliver’s is celebrating its 45th anniversary this year. (eap)
