Mexico: Six Flags México Opens 74-Meter High Star Flyer

“Sky Screamer” is the name of Six Flags México’s newest major attraction, which recently opened at the theme park located south of Mexico City. Standing at 74 meters tall, the Funtime Star Flyer supplied by Ride Entertainment Group is now the tallest attraction at the park. During the two-minute ride, 32 passengers can enjoy panoramic views as they spin high above the park below at speeds of up to 64 kmh. Thirty three LED spotlights illuminate the tower at night while flashing LEDs under the seats make the ride look like a UFO descending into the sky. (eap)
