New Batman Laser Maze Attraction on the Market

Recently, the US-based developer of 3-D and 4-D attractions, SimEx-Iwerks, announced the launch of a brand new fully themed Batman laser attraction that was developed together with Warner Bros. Consumer Products on behalf of DC Entertainment. The Batman laser challenge is a laser maze which guests have to get through without touching the lasers. Music and sounds as well as other special effects enhance the Batman experience in which guests train with Batman to protect “Gotham City” from “The Joker”. The attraction, which can perform as a stand-alone attraction or as a complement to a 4-D theater, has a throughput capacity of 30 to 40 guests per hour. The laser challenge is available in both a single and a double maze configuration. The first Batman laser challenge was opened at the Adventuredome Theme Park in the Circus Circus Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas this spring. (eap)
