In the “Kunlun Fairyland” themed area of Fantasy Valley Xiangyang, a new highlight for family visitors has been created with “Wrath of the Yeti”. The attraction is based on the “King Kong” ride concept, in which a large gorilla figure lifts a gondola with up to 24 passengers into the air. While the entire structure reaches a height of up to twelve meters, movements, sound, fog and light effects as well as vibrations in the seats ensure a multi-sensory experience.
In Happy Valley Nanjing, the “Perfect Storm” has recently been added to the offerings in the “Forest Mysterious Area”. The Top Spin Suspended ride is aimed particularly at thrill-seekers. The ride has 38 seats, which are installed in a back-to-back arrangement, which intensifies the perception of the movements – such as abrupt changes of direction and rollovers. Special effects are also used here to further enhance the ride experience. ■
