New Leisure Swimming Pool Facility Planned for Randers in Denmark
In Denmark’s city of Randers, located within a three hour drive north of Kiel, a new leisure swimming pool facility with a 50-meter swimming pool, leisure offers as well as fitness studio, sauna and gastronomy is planned to be built until May 2014. The investor of the project is the Danish architectural firm 3xskak which aims at developing a profitable facility that is offering high-quality bathing and wellness experiences to 300,000 guests per year. The new “Swimcenter Randers” will be operated by GMF Denmark ApS, founded by the investor and Germany-based GMF Neuried. More about this new project, a first private-public synergy project in Denmark, can be read in one of our next magazine issues. (eap)
