(eap) The Radisson Hotel Group, which has over 1,380 hotels in operation and under development, recently announced the addition of seven new hotels to its portfolio. In April of this year, the group opened its first hotel in the town of Yalova, which is a popular destination for national and international vacationers. The Park Inn by Radisson Yalova City Center has 103 rooms, a VIP room for meetings of up to 15 people and a spa and fitness center. Furthermore, the following facilities are scheduled to open in the coming years: The Radisson Hotel Bursa is due to open in the first quarter of next year and the Radisson Hotel Mersin, Radisson RED Izmir Point Bornova and Radisson Hotel Istanbul Merter in the fourth quarter of next year. In addition to 267 rooms, the latter will include an event hall, retail shops, a spa covering over 1,100 square meters, an indoor swimming pool as well as gym facilities.

The Park Inn by Radisson Istanbul Caglayan and the Premier Hotel Kagithane Istanbul are due to follow in the third quarter of 2026. The latter will have a ballroom measuring over 300 square meters, an 800 square meter spa and wellness area, an indoor pool and a fitness center. The Parsana Konya Hotel will welcome first guests from early 2027 near Konya Airport. The expansion in Turkey brings the Group closer to its goal of opening 100 new hotels by 2030. ■
