Schwarze Berge Wildlife Park: “Lumagica” Attracts Visitors
(eap) The trend of light trails in zoos and animal parks – staged by illuminated (animal) figures and objects – is continuing. Visitors to the Schwarze Berge Wildlife Park near Hamburg can once again discover more than 35 glamorous scenes on a two-kilometer circular trail, representing all continents with a total of over 300 3D light motifs. Multimedia shows and music complement this “Lumagica” trail of lights, and there are also interactive light installations to take part in. The Schwarze Berge Wildlife Park has collaborated with the Austrian company LUMAGICA Lichterparks, which specializes in such installations, to create the light trail. Visitors can discover the light trail in the wildlife park through January 26.
Temporary events as well as supplementary play installations are important additional sources of income for the park. This year, the wildlife park therefore also installed a series of themed wooden marble runs (from F.A.B.S.), which invite visitors to enjoy entertaining games. For a small fee, visitors can purchase one of the wooden marbles specially designed for the park, which they can play with at a total of five different stations and take home with them as a souvenir of their visit. ■
