Seville/Spain: Looping Group Invests 5 million Euros in Construction of a Waterpark for Isla Mágica

The Andalusian theme park Isla Mágica in Seville, which has been part of the Looping Group since April 2013, will be expanded by an aquatic zone this year. Five million Euros will be invested into this expansion by its operators. Dubbed “Agua Mágica”, the new, 25,000 square meter large aquatic area will feature a large beach, a wave pool, a lazy river, several waterslides as well as an area dedicated to families with children. According to the operators, the new area will have a daily capacity of 3,500 guests. In its first 2014 season, the new zone will be open from mid-June to mid-September. (eap)
