Siam Park in Tenerife Celebrates 5th Birthday

On 15 September 2013 the Siam Park, located in the southern part of Tenerife, celebrated its fifth birthday. Since opening in 2008, the themed water park has drawn more than three million visitors and has received multiple awards from the leisure industry. With spectacular attractions as well as a refined theme that goes to the most minuscule detail, the Siam Park is amongst the largest in the world and is considered by many to be one of the most beautiful water parks internationally. Naturally, the consistent investment in new attractions from park operator Christoph Kiessling are largely responsible for the popularity of the park with visitors and the attractiveness of the premises. As such, the newly inaugurated (summer 2012) slide attractions “Kinnaree” and “Sawasdee” (see EAP 5/2012) will surely not be the last new rides in Siam Park. (eap)
