The Netherlands: Toverland Welcomes 600,000th Visitor
The Dutch theme park Toverland recently welcomed its 600,000th visitor this year. With 100,000 more guests than in the last year the park currently enjoys the most successful season in its history.
In contrast to the Dutch economy, Toverland grows by around 20 percent this year. The high visitor number can be explained by this year’s launch of the Magic Valley, the new theme area of Toverland. Nevertheless, the success is no reason for the park management to lean back … during the last one and a half months of this year visitors can look forward to two amazing events at Toverland: “Toverlicht Festival” and “Pietenspektakel”. The park’s management anticipates a total of around 620,000 visitors for this year. (eap)
