Top Rating for German Water Parks on stern TV
Die nordische Outdoor-Rutschenwelt „Svalgurok“ in Rulantica lädt zu reichlich Rutschenspaß unter freiem Himmel ein.
(eap) In a “stern TV” special yesterday, the TV channel RTL dealt with the topic of summer vacation 2023. Among other things, the TV channel also had a family of four testing three of the most popular water parks in Germany and evaluate them in the categories of vacation feeling, fun factor and price-quality ratio. All three water parks – Tropical Islands, Therme Erding and Wasserwelt Rulantica – received top ratings in different categories.
In the end, the Rulantica Water World made it with the highest number of points, convincing all along the line and securing the “Golden stern TV Rubber Duck”. The operator was naturally very pleased about this, especially now at the beginning of the Whitsun vacations in Baden-Wuerttemberg. The test family particularly acclaimed the loving and unique Nordic theming and the varied water attractions. The variety and uniqueness of the slides – including the “Vikingløp” slide (c.f. EAP 1/2023 & EAP News of 9 Feb 2023) with a total of 1,500 meters of length on which the guests can compete against each other – were highlighted again and again. The fact that Rulantica, together with the Europa-Park Hotel Resort, offers the best conditions for a perfect short vacation in Germany certainly contributed to the overall rating, as the facility testers repeatedly emphasized that they were particularly impressed by the theming effort, which is equivalent to that of a large theme park. ■
