UK: Severn Lamb Acquire Trams International

For more than 60 years, the Severn Lamb company has been manufacturing trams for urban transport as well as for the leisure industry. Now the company has announced that it is acquiring the U.S.-based company Trams International, which operates internationally. Based in Nevada, the company will continue to be led by Vice President and General Manager, Newton Montano, who brings over 30 years of experience in the U.S. mobility market. With Trams International as a new Severn Lamb brand, they will continue to bring promising lines of passenger transportation to the market like the most recently built “6001“ series.

At the IAAPA Expo in Orlando, visitors can find out about new developments in park trains and road trams at the Severn Lamb booth. (eap)
