USA: Gateway Launches New “Made-to-Measure Excitement” Technology Solution to Increase Per-Guest Revenues
With its “Made-to-Measure Excitement” solution, the US technology provider Gateway Ticketing has developed a new business approach to increase per capita revenues in leisure facilities and attractions by targeting visitors and collecting and analyzing their data. Every single transaction with guests provides information that should enable operators and staff to develop “tailor-made” marketing concepts and targeted, individual promotional campaigns for guests according to their individual visiting and consumption patterns. These data include information on individual park stay times, the most popular attractions, what guests usually order in a café or restaurant and whether they are annual pass holders. Accordingly, it is then possible to send personalized promotions and discounts via email or as app messages, which in turn should lead to increased per capita sales.
