USA: Ground-Breaking of the Surfari Water Park at Grove Resort & Spa Orlando
Recently, The Grove Resort & Spa Orlando opened the new adjacent vacation destination The Grove Resort Residences, where guests will be able to enjoy water fun in the 2.8 hectare (7 acres) large Surfari Water Park, which is currently under construction. The water park will feature a Double FlowRider® surf simulator and several water slides as well as a kids area and a lazy river. The surf machine from the Aquatic Development Group can be adjusted individually to any level, being open for beginners as well as for surfing pros the whole year round. “The water park is the centerpiece of amenities at The Grove, giving families the opportunity to play and escape while never leaving the resort. The Grove combines luxury, location, amenities and affordability for those seeking a vacation home in the most visited destination in the United States,” said Kevin Mays, Project Director. The hotel resort complex plans to open the water park in 2018.
