USA: Thinkwell Becomes Part of TAIT Group

After acquiring themed entertainment and theme park design specialist ITEC Entertainment last October, the show production corporation TAIT Group, which is headquartered in the small town of Lititz (Pennsylvania, USA) but operates a number of offices worldwide, now announced to have agreed on the acquisition of experience design studio Thinkwell Group.

Together we will usher in a new era of live and location-based entertainment for the industry.”

As TAIT announced, the lead management composed of Joe Zenas, François Bergeron (COO & CFO) and Craig Hanna (CCO) will remain with the company. (eap)
