Wunderland Kalkar: General Manager Han Groot Obbink to Take Leave

In summer 2022, Wunderland Kalkar was taken over by DeFabrique Holding. In collaboration with Han Groot Obbink, who had been in charge of the park management for many years, the Dutch company has since been responsible for the management of Kernwasser Wunderland Freizeitpark GmbH.

Now – after a handover period of more than six months, the departure of the previous general manager Obbink was announced, who bids farewell after 27 years with the company. Marten Foppen, managing director of DeFabruqie Holding, will take over Obbink’s duties on an interim basis from 1 May.

Wunderland Kalkar Within the framework of a new master plan, which will be presented to both the park’s employees and the public in the near future, the new owner DeFabrique Holding wants to lead Wunderland Kalkar into its next chapter of life. (eap)
