USA: Kings Island Announces New Luxury Outdoor Resort

The Ohio-based Kings Island theme park recently announced the development of a new accommodation project named “Kings Island Cedar Camp“, which is scheduled to open to guests in spring 2021. The hybrid resort and camping destination is already under construction and will offer guests 73 luxury cottages and 164 RV-spaces (100 more cottages are already in the planning). Kings Island Camp Cedar will be owned by the two real estate development companies Small Brothers, LLC and Terra Firma Associates, but will be operated by the Cedar Fair Entertainment Company.
“We are excited to offer our guests a unique lodging experience and a contemporary outdoor retreat so close to Kings Island. The addition of Kings Island Camp Cedar luxury outdoor resort will make a visit to our park even more memorable,“ comments Mike Koontz, Vice President and General Manager of Kings Island.
