USA: Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park to Reopen in March

The Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando (FL) plans to reopen its related Blizzard Beach water park on 7th March this year. Since the outbreak of the global Corona pandemic around one year ago, both Disney water parks – Blizzard Beach and Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon – remained closed. While the four Disney theme parks in Orlando reopened in summer under the application of safety measures to protect guests and staff from the virus and other water parks in Florida also went into operation again (including Universal’s Volcano Bay and SeaWorld’s Aquatica), Disney fans can now look forward to splashing fun at Blizzard Beach again, which holds a variety of exciting slide and water attractions and will reopen with new safety measures in place.
