A New Direction for Magic Park Verden
(eap) Following the recent takeover of Magic Park Verden by the new owners Bastian Lampe and Tom Becker, the park is now being gradually realigned. Visitors can look forward to several new features when the park opens for the 2025 summer season this coming Saturday. By taking the step of not renewing the license agreements for the title hero “Ritter Rost”, the park is returning to the name of “Magic Park Verden” (formally: “Ritter Rost Magic Park Verden”).
“In the 2025 summer season, we want to offer our visitors a park that once again features more of the magic and adventures that have always characterized it. The renaming is a first step in this direction,” explains Lampe. “We are focusing on a slow but steady renewal that will further develop the park in the coming months. Some changes are already visible at the start of the season.”
The new logo, a “magic M” with twinkling stars, and the renovated entrance area are likely to catch the eye of visitors. “The changes will start at the entrance and will continue throughout the park over the coming months. We have already redesigned the Main Street and equipped the ‘SandLand’ area with a number of new features such as two new giant bouncy cushions and a magical bench. This is just the beginning of a permanent, targeted development,” says Lampe. “In addition to new attractions, we are also investing in the continuous optimization of the entire offer and have strengthened our team in order to offer an even more reliable and even better maintained experience.”

The park’s long established attractions such as the fairy-tale forest, the roller coaster, the white-water ride, the chain carousel and the slides are still part of the park. Another highlight is the “Fabulus Magic Theater”, which will shine in new splendor this year. The magician “Fabulus” and his owl “Gloria” will also take on the role of figureheads and accompany guests through the Magic Park as part of the park’s realignment.
“We want the park to remain a place where children and families can always discover something new. The changes will be gradual, but our guests can rest assured that Magic Park Verden will remain a place full of fantasy and adventure,” continued Lampe. ■
