Acquisition of domeprojection by VIOSO

(eap) The Düsseldorf (Germany)-based company VIOSO, which offers automated alignment solutions for complex projection and visualization systems, recently announced that it has acquired the also German company domeprojection. Under the name “domeprojection – a VISO simulation company”, the firm will continue to operate as an independent brand under the leadership of the previous managing director Christian Steinmann. Also, Steinmann becomes a new shareholder of VIOSO. The Magdeburg office and the existing domeprojection team will remain unchanged. Both companies are confident that the acquisition will strengthen their market position. VIOSO aims at driving forward its global expansion – particularly in the USA, where the company is planning its own offices.

“VIOSO’s AV business, which has completed thousands of projects in the AV and media server sector in the last few years, will also benefit from new opportunities, including solutions for XR installations and LED screens,” adds VIOSO chief sales officer Raul Vandenberg.
