Adventure World Warsaw and General Contractor Royal Imtech Go Separate Ways

According to a recent press statement of Adventure World Warsaw (AWW) and Royal Imtech N.V., previous general contractor of AWW, both companies have reached an out of court settlement that is final and binding. According to the statement, the settlement resolves all the issues, on which the parties were divided in relation to the realization of AWW (cp. EAP news from 11 Feb, 2013). Moreover, the settlement also ends the cooperation between the parties with immediate effect. A further enquiry revealed that meanwhile AWW is in talks with a potential new general contractor and that these discussions won’t take longer than two months. AWW sees no need to postpone the opening date of 2015. (eap)
