After Renovation Next Spring: Efteling Wonder Hotel

(eap) The Efteling Hotel, which opened in 1992 and for many guests is the first sight of a visit to the Dutch Efteling theme park, is being renovated and will be given a new name from April 2025: Efteling Wonder Hotel.

The iconic hotel with the four towers, which is designed to give guests the feeling of being in a “castle in the clouds”, will be closed from January 6 to mid-April next year to be extensively renovated. The hotel rooms have already been refurbished in 2021 and the outdoor area in 2023, and now the entire first floor will see a modernization. Guests sleep in dreamy rooms or fairytale suites in the Efteling Wonder Hotel, where the stories of Efteling are told. The renovation of the hotel will also include the relocation of the entrance.
Nicole Scheffers, Director Park & Resorts: “With the imminent opening of the Efteling Grand Hotel in 2025, we want to market our first hotel even more clearly. The Efteling Wonder Hotel differs from our other accommodations in that it is highly themed. It is a cloud castle full of stories from the wonderland that is Efteling.” ■
