Alpincenter Bottrop: Summer Toboggan Run on the Way

The Ruhr area is getting the first “Sommerrodelbahn” (summer toboggan run): At the Alpincenter Bottrop, the first attraction of this kind in the region will be celebrating its grand opening this July. The so-called “Sommerrodelbahn”, actually an Alpine Coaster, is being supplied by Wiegand. The planned course will be outside the hall on the “Skihallenberg” hill and will run nearly one kilometre long. (eap)
