Aqualon-Therme Bad Säckingen: Japanese sauna opens

The new Japanese sauna facilities at Aqualon-Therme in Bad Säckingen, Black Forest were opened at the end of July. An outdoor area has been created with two large Japanese saunas – a Maiban herb sauna that reaches 70° and a sauna with salt peeling reaching 90°. The new complex also features a rest room and a tea room. The lighting system is also worthy of a mention as it creates a particularly sophisticated atmosphere. The operator, Stiftung Bad Zurzach, invested more than EUR 1 million in the sauna facilities. (eap)
