Australia: Jamberoo Opens „The Perfect Storm“ Funnel Slide

Australia’s Jamberoo waterpark in New South Wales recently opened “The Perfect Storm”, a new hybrid slide from Canadian manufacturer ProSlide featuring three funnel sections. Up to four persons can try out the new sliding fun on special slide rafts at the same time.

With a total length of 280 meters and a height of approx. 18 meters (60 feet), “The Perfect Storm” is the largest and highest waterslide at Jamberoo until to date. Also, the maximum speed of 40 km/h that can be reached on the new slide represents a record for the waterpark. Jamberoo invested around 3.5 million Euros (5 million AUD) in the new attraction. (eap)
