Austria: Aquazoo Schmiding Opens New 5D Simulator for Immersive Submarine Experience

Austria’s Zoo & Aquazoo Schmiding recently expanded its visitor offer with the opening of a new 5D simulator, enabling guests to experience an action-packed underwater journey. Visitors step onto a motion platform, surrounded by three projection screens for a 270-degree submarine experience. During the “journey”, guests get an up-close look at sea creatures such as manta rays, sea turtles and white sharks. In addition the simulator, which was supplied by Attraktion!, is equipped with special effects to round off the immersion.
