Austria/Germany: TAC Wins InterSpa Group as Customer

The Austrian-based software provider TAC (The Assistant Company) now works with the InterSpa Group, which amongst others operates several leisure swimming facilities under the Wonnemar brand in Germany, providing six of such locations with their “Reservation Assistant” spa and activity software.

At three sites, employees will additionally work with the “Club Assistant” membership software from TAC. Modules such as “check-in”, “reservation”, “customer relationship management” or “stock control” support the approx. 650 employees at Wonnemar. Furthermore, the software solution offers a web shop and several promotional opportunities to increase the customer’s sales revenue.
