Bath / England: Roman Baths to Get New Ticket Sales System

Being one of South West England’s largest tourist attractions and an UNESCO world heritage site, the Roman Baths in the historic city of Bath (Somerset) attract numerous visitors each year. Now the visitor attraction adds a new visitor management system provided by Gateway Ticketing Systems UK. The company already equipped other world heritage sites with their systems, including Edinburgh Castle or the Museum of the Acropolis in Greece. Besides the Roman Baths, the nearby Fashion Museum will also be provided with a new ticket sales system from Gateway. Due to the new system, guests will be able to buy tickets for both venues, either as individual or combined tickets. Guests can use the online sales system and even print their tickets at home. On the operator side, attendance and sales data will be available in real time without the requirement for manual processes. (eap)
