BattleKart Opens New Facility in Mons, Belgium
(eap) Last week, a new BattleKart center opened in the Belgian city of Mons. Similar to the already existing BattleKart facilities at other sites, also in Mons it is possible now to duel in interactive mini-games in e-karts from manufacturer RiMO. A total of 18 karts are available to race across the 70 x 25-meter track. As in the other centers, players currently have six different games to choose from, ranging from Mario Kart-style racing to Snake and soccer, which – as it is typical for BattleKart – are projected onto the hall floor using several projectors.
The Belgian company BattleKart is now operating its 9th location in its home country. Since opening its first center in 2015, BattleKart has opened a total of 30 facilities in Europe, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. Further openings are planned for Australia and the United Kingdom in the coming weeks. ■
