Berlin: “Blub Badeparadies” Will Become Holiday Resort for Families

The 35,000 square metre-large Blub (“Berliner Luft- und Badeparadies”) in Berlin-Britz reappears: The wip Willmeroth Projektentwicklungsgesellschaft mbH purchased the property as well as the recreational bath Blub from the Property Fund Berlin and plans as new owner an inner-city holiday resort including middle-class hotel … the amount to be invested according to newspapers: 35 million euros of which five million euros are intended for the Blub. The operations will probably start again by 2011 whereas the leisure pool area will be reduced to two or three pools. (eap)
