Canada: Parc Safari Enters Three-Year-Partnership with Connect&GO

Hemmingford, Québec-based Parc Safari, which celebrates its 50th anniversary this year and also includes a water park and camping facilities in addition to animal experiences, is partnering with Connect&GO, the e-Commerce and ticketing solutions provider also based in Canada, for the next three years. The zoological visitor destination will use the all-in-one operations management platform “Konnect”, that uses powerful data insights to drive revenue and increase guest engagement. It seamlessly integrates e-Commerce, point-of-sale, food & beverage, RFID access control and cashless payments using a proprietary Virtual Wallet to compile all guest data in one place. By allowing guests to purchase tickets easily online, or at the front gate, and then quickly check-in when they arrive greatly reduces friction points in their visit. Flexible access control options allow guests to quickly scan to enter a site and make cashless payments throughout an attraction. Data is retained each time a guest scans, so operators learn more about guest preferences and behavior.
