Canada: Waterplay’s President Ranked One of Canada’s Top Entrepreneurs
As announced on May 16th, 2016, Waterplay’s president Jill White has been ranked as one of Canada’s top 100 businesses led by female entrepreneurs. White ranked 52nd on the “18th Annual W100” list, which is the country’s largest recognition of entrepreneurial achievement by women. The ranking is published by PROFITguide.com and the Canadian Business Magazine on the basis of the size, growth rate and profitability of each business. “It is a great honour to be recognized alongside such outstanding businesses and leaders in Canada,” says Waterplay President Jill White. “This recognition reflects the exceptional growth of our products over the years and the hard work of our entire team,” she added. Since purchasing the business in 2004, White contributed a large part to let Waterplay become one of the leading providers of water attractions. With headquarters in the Canadian city of Kelowna, the company today employs over 50 staff members to offer its worldwide clientele innovative products. (eap)
