Canadian Aquatic Play Structure Manufacturer Vortex Opens Offices in France

Based in Montreal, Canada water play equipment manufacturer Vortex Aquatic Structures International is now represented with two new offices in France in order to be able to guarantee its French customers reliable sales and service support. The first offices opened by Vortex in Europe are based in regions of Paris and Lyon, and are overseen by General Manager Gilbert Mathot. A total of six full-time employees provide full sales, technical and customer service support with focus on design assistance and solutions development to customers based in France. A full installation team will also be available on site. The team led by Mathot previously headed the company Pro Urba, a long-time distributor of Vortex. The cooperation of the two companies will continue. "Vortex has been present in France for more than 15 years,” said Stephen Hamelin, President of Vortex International. “By opening country-specific offices we are able to better service our customers and respond to local market needs, including regulatory requirements.” (eap)
